SHORT OKAY?

A short one.

 An okay day.

 Quite focussed on listening to Barbara Kingsolver read her latest book, Flight Behavior. After The Brothers Karamazov, it is a rich, sensuous, and quite welcome meal. 

Nice walk with Albert on the bike path. We saw a frog.




Great meal tonight, a grilled chicken chopped salad. 






More small steps.
